Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Six months' experience in fresh production area
- Successful completion of all required training and assessments
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to support bakery operations
- Educate associates on tools, tasks, and resources to enhance customer service
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency in decorative designs
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and cold chain compliance standards
- Operate, maintain, and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools to improve sales and business decision making
- Manage inventory, control shrinkage, and prepare for seasonal bakery volume changes
