Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- six months experience in fresh production area
- successful completion of all required job trainings and assessments within prescribed time period
- ability to work flexible hours including holidays and weekends
- physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform bakery tasks
- compliance with company drug-free workplace policy

- plans bakery productions ensuring quality and consistency
- operates and maintains bakery equipment following food safety standards
- uses digital tools for production and inventory management
- drives bakery area performance and prepares for seasonal events
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member concerns
- models high quality service and trains associates to deliver excellent member experiences
