Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to provide excellent customer service
- Plan bakery productions ensuring quality and decorative consistency
- Follow recipe measurements and food safety standards
- Operate and sanitize bakery equipment
- Utilize digital tools for production and merchandise decisions
- Manage inventory and control waste
- Prepare bakery area for seasonal and special events
- Train and mentor associates in bakery operations and customer service
- Address member needs and resolve issues
- Comply with company policies and ethical standards
