- Ability to use bakery decorating tools
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Basic computer skills for handheld technology use
Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- Follow recipe instructions and use decorating tools to create flowers and lettering
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and sanitation guidelines
- Utilize handheld technology to manage production and product quality
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve issues
