Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective interpersonal skills
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries using artistic and creative design skills
- Mix colors to create perfect icing and decorative flowers
- Take customer orders over the phone and in store
- Replenish display cases and shelves
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating area
- Collaborate with fellow associates to provide exceptional customer service
- Continuously learn and improve decorating techniques
