Job Duties
- Provide fast, friendly, helpful and efficient customer service at all times
- Smile, make eye contact and thank customers upon fulfilling their requests
- Maintain a neat, clean and organized work station according to 5S standards
- Ensure product availability, quality, outstanding service and sanitary conditions
- Maintain adequate presentation and appropriate variety of cakes to meet customer needs
- Assist Bakery Manager in maintaining Deco Pac inventories as required
- Maintain daily variety standards including butter cream and seasonal colors
- Manage production and shrink as per company guidelines
- Operate bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers and utensils
- Act in charge of the baker in the absence of manager and first clerk
- Handle all special customer orders including cake orders
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Ensure associates adhere to corporate and state sanitation regulations
- Perform other related duties as assigned by management
