Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery production ensuring consistency and quality in decorative designs
- Follow recipe and measurement instructions accurately
- Operate and maintain bakery equipment while adhering to safety and sanitation standards
- Use digital tools to manage production orders and improve member service
- Drive bakery area performance including quality control and waste elimination
- Assist members with purchasing decisions and resolve concerns
