Job Requirements
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Basic math skills with addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong reading and communication skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds regularly
- Physical dexterity and strength to handle pastry bags and spatulas for long periods
- Ability to stand and walk for 95-100% of the workday
Job Qualifications
- High school graduate or GED
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Basic mathematical skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Strong language skills to understand instructions and communicate effectively
- Experience or desire to use airbrush techniques and cake decorating skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment
- Preferred certification as an RBA decorator
Job Duties
- Decorate cakes with floral arrangements and airbrush techniques to Graeter's standards
- Create beautiful handwriting on cakes
- Work efficiently with speed and accuracy
- Follow detailed instructions for cake decoration
- Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality products
- Lift and handle items up to 40 pounds regularly
- Maintain safety and cleanliness in the work area
