Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior cake decorating experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and navigate slippery floors
- Strong hand-eye coordination and physical dexterity
- Ability to follow detailed oral and written instructions
- Reliable and punctual work ethic

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes with floral arrangements and airbrush techniques
- Apply excellent handwriting for cake designs
- Maintain speed and accuracy in cake decorating tasks
- Collaborate with team members to ensure product quality and efficiency
- Lift and handle icing buckets and sheet pans safely
- Clean work areas and maintain sanitation standards
- Operate in a fast-paced environment requiring physical dexterity
