Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery arts preferred but not required
- Artistic and creative skillset with attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and products
- Basic math skills for measuring and portioning ingredients
Job Duties
- Create artistic and creative designs on cakes and pastries to meet customer specifications
- Take customer orders in person and over the phone accurately and professionally
- Replenish bakery display cases and shelves to maintain product availability and freshness
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high standards of quality and customer service
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work environments in the bakery area
- Stay updated on new decorating techniques and product offerings
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers regarding bakery products
