Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bakery or food service environment preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good manual dexterity and artistic ability
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- commitment to maintain cleanliness and adhere to safety standards
- willingness to perform additional duties as assigned

- knowledge of bakery products and decorating techniques

Job Duties
- create and decorate bakery products including cakes, pastries, and cookies
- ensure bakery cases are fully stocked with fresh and appealing products
- provide exceptional guest service at all times
- engage guests through product sampling and suggestive selling
- create attractive product displays to draw guest attention
- maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- perform back-up duties for the Bakery Department Manager when needed
