Job Requirements

- Prior experience in cake decorating or bakery work preferred
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries using artistic design skills
- Mix colors to create perfect icing and decorative elements
- Take customer orders over the phone and in-store
- Replenish bakery display cases and shelves
- Provide world-class customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet customer satisfaction goals
