Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work full-time or part-time shifts
- capable of lifting up to 50 pounds
- reliable and punctual
- legal authorization to work in the United States
- willingness to adhere to Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- availability to work opening, morning, mid-shift, or closing hours
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery or food preparation roles is advantageous
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including early mornings and late evenings
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- teamwork and positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to provide excellent service
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- monitor product freshness and rotate stock
- assist in inventory management and restocking
- comply with all company policies and procedures
