Job Duties
- Cuts, fills and ices cakes
- Decorates and writes messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- Packages cakes for special orders and back stock
- Maintains cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Ensures quality and consistency of all bakery products
- Assists in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Complies with food safety and hygiene standards
