Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work full-time hours including mid-shift and closing shifts
- Must comply with food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
- Must be able to engage professionally with customers
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Must pass drug screening and comply with company policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in deli or bakery roles is advantageous
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory
- Ability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Job Duties
- Prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- Engage with customers at the service counter providing friendly assistance
- Move incoming merchandise out to the sales floor
- Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Maintain proper food safety and hygiene practices
- Restock deli and bakery displays to ensure product availability
- Assist with inventory and product rotation
