Job Requirements

- Prior experience in cake decorating or similar role preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle bakery goods

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries using artistic and creative design skills
- Mix colors to create perfect icing and flowers for baked goods
- Take customer orders over the phone and in store
- Replenish display cases and shelves with fresh products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Provide exceptional customer service and engage with customers and associates
- Assist with bakery inventory management and product preparation
