- successful completion of required trainings and assessments

Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross functional teams and educates associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- plans bakery production ensuring consistency and accuracy in decorative designs
- uses decorating bags, tips, and nozzles to create flowers and lettering on bakery items
- ensures adherence to food safety, sanitation, cold chain, and inventory management standards
- operates and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- takes ownership of bakery area performance, including quality control and waste elimination
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves issues
- promotes a respectful and supportive team environment while training and inspiring associates
- complies with company policies and ethical standards
- completes work assignments while collaborating with managers, co-workers, and customers
