Job Duties
- Collaborate with cross functional teams and educate associates on tools tasks and resources
- Plan bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and design accuracy
- Operate maintain and sanitize bakery equipment adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
- Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve shopping experience
- Drive bakery area performance by controlling quality date and waste and preparing for seasonal volume
- Act as a brand ambassador by valuing member experience and modeling high quality service
- Comply with company policies procedures and standards of ethics
