Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in cake decorating or related artistic work preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail
- Good customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
- Eagerness to learn and grow in a retail bakery environment
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in cake decorating or a similar role preferred
- Artistic and creative design skills

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries using creative and artistic skills
- Take customer orders over the phone and in store
- Replenish display cases and shelves with fresh products
- Mix icing colors and design decorations to meet customer specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Collaborate with team members to fulfill bakery orders
- Provide friendly customer service and assist customers with their bakery selections
