Job Duties
- collaborates with cross functional teams and helps educate other associates on tools tasks and resources
- plans the bakery productions ensuring consistency in quality and accuracy of decorative designs
- follows recipe measurement instructions and works with a variety of decorating tools
- ensures adherence to food safety standards sanitation guidelines and cold chain compliance
- operates maintains and sanitizes bakery equipment
- leverages digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
- drives bakery area performance by ensuring quality and date control standards and eliminating waste
- assists members with purchasing decisions and resolves member issues
- acts as a brand ambassador by modeling high quality service and products
- complies with company policies procedures and standards of ethics and integrity
- completes work assignments using policies data and resources while collaborating with managers coworkers and customers
