- Previous experience in cake decorating or related field preferred
- Ability to use pastry bags and tips effectively
- Attention to detail

Job Duties
- Cut, fill and ice cakes
- Decorate and write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- Package cakes for special orders and back stock
- Ensure all cakes meet quality standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Collaborate with bakery team members to meet production goals
- Follow food safety guidelines and procedures
