Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- able to work full-time hours including opening and morning shifts
- capable of lifting and moving merchandise
- comply with Walmart's drug-free workplace policy
- reliable and punctual
- able to stand for extended periods
- flexible to work varied schedules
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery departments is a plus
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work early morning or opening shifts
- basic food safety knowledge
- effective communication skills
- ability to work as part of a team
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter
- move incoming merchandise to the salesfloor
- clean work areas and maintain food safety standards
- assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
- follow health and safety regulations strictly
- provide excellent customer service throughout shift
