Job Requirements
- must be at least 18 years old
- availability to work part-time shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- ability to comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace policy
- physical capability to handle repetitive tasks and stand for long durations
- reliable transportation to the Orlando, FL location
- willingness to learn and adhere to food safety and cleanliness standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in deli or bakery roles advantageous
- strong customer service skills
- ability to work flexible shifts including opening, morning, mid-shift, and closing
- basic knowledge of food safety practices
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter providing assistance and recommendations
- move incoming merchandise to the sales floor efficiently
- maintain cleanliness and adhere to proper food safety standards
- ensure product freshness and quality
- assist in stocking and product presentation
- support team members in daily operational tasks
