Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and mixing colors
- Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination

- Previous experience in cake decorating or baking is preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Create artistic and visually appealing designs on cakes and pastries using various decorating techniques
- Take customer orders over the phone and in store, ensuring accuracy and satisfaction
- Mix icing colors and design flower decorations to meet customer specifications
- Replenish display cases and shelves with fresh, attractive baked goods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and decorating tools
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth bakery operations
- Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
