Job Duties
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure member satisfaction
- Educates and supports associates on tools, tasks, and resources
- Plans bakery production maintaining quality and accuracy in cake decoration
- Operates and sanitizes bakery equipment in compliance with food safety standards
- Utilizes digital tools for business decisions and to enhance member experience
- Manages inventory, controls shrinkage, and maintains in-stock levels
- Assists members with product selection and resolves member concerns
- Prepares for seasonal events impacting bakery volume
- Acts as a brand ambassador promoting high-quality service and products
- Supports training and development of team members
- Complies with company policies and ethical standards
- Communicates progress and adapts to business changes and feedback
