- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- ability to lift and carry products up to 50 pounds
- ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- availability to work mid-shift and closing shifts
- compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- willingness to work part-time hours
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in deli or bakery operations is a plus but not required
- strong customer service and communication skills

Job Duties
- prepare quality deli and bakery products for customers
- engage with customers at the service counter to assist with orders and inquiries
- move incoming merchandise from storage to the sales floor
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas
- adhere to food safety standards to ensure product quality
- operate deli and bakery equipment safely and efficiently
- collaborate with team members to achieve department goals
