Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in cake decorating or a related field preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- good manual dexterity and artistic ability
- strong interpersonal skills
- basic math skills for measuring ingredients and handling transactions
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties
- create custom decorative designs on cakes and pastries using artistic skills
- take customer orders over the phone and in store
- replenish display cases and shelves with fresh products
- ensure that all decorated cakes meet quality and presentation standards
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the decorating workspace
- collaborate with team members to fulfill orders efficiently
- assist customers by providing product information and recommendations
