- prior experience in bakery or cake decoration preferred
- ability to stand for extended periods
- availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- ability to lift moderate weight
- compliance with food safety regulations

- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene

Job Duties
- Cut cakes
- fill cakes
- ice cakes
- decorate and write messages on cakes using pastry bags and tips
- package cakes for special orders and back stock
- maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- assist with inventory management
