Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bakery or cake decoration preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays
- Must comply with company policies and applicable laws

Job Duties
- Decorate cakes and pastries with artistic designs and creative icing
- Take customer orders in-store and over the phone
- Replenish display cases and shelves with fresh baked goods
- Mix colors to create custom icing and decorative flowers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery area
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with their needs
- Collaborate with team members to meet bakery production goals
