Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in cake decorating or bakery work preferred
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Ability to stand, lift, and bend for extended periods
- Ability to perform repetitive motions
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work under deadlines independently
- Ability to work well with diverse personalities

Job Duties
- Build and ice custom cakes as specified by cake order slip
- Use various knives and specific tools for cake decoration
- Maintain area clean and clear of debris
- Follow bakery department safety and security procedures and standards
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedure guidelines for proper technique and quality
- Clean and sanitize equipment according to GMPs
- Assist with other bakery duties as needed
- Provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and managers
- Display professional behavior
- Multi-task and meet deadlines
- Achieve productivity standards in cake decoration
- Perform other duties as requested
