Job Requirements

- Proven experience as a baker or similar role

Job Qualifications

- Possesses a solid foundation in math and counting principles
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in both written and verbal forms
- Physical ability to handle lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
- Familiarity with uniform and PPE usage requirements
Job Duties
- Bake various pastries and baked items as per standardized recipes and production instructions
- Arrange work surface with all essential supplies and ingredients for baking
- Gather materials by quantifying, weighing, combining, cutting, and more as required
- Work with baking gadgets like ovens, stovetops, and mixers
- Employ caution and care when utilizing utensils like knives for cooking purposes
- Abide by food safety policies to store food items appropriately
- Maintain cleanliness in the workplace by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils post-use
- Sustain high levels of customer service and project a positive outlook when interacting with guests, clients, customers, and colleagues
- Adhere to Aramark safety regulations, encompassing specific guidelines for maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
- Uphold the safety of organizational assets by complying with established security guidelines
