Job Requirements
- experience providing customer service in restaurants or related industries preferably
- experience with POS systems preferably
- availability to work flexible hours
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 pounds
- integrity and respect
- positive attitude and willingness to engage with customers
- cleanliness and organizational skills
- problem-solving ability
- proactive mindset to assist wherever needed
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in customer service within restaurants or similar industries
- experience using POS systems preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team

- knowledge of menu items and promotions
Job Duties
- greet customers and make inquiries to understand their needs
- offer menu suggestions and ensure all transactions are quick and accurate
- maintain a deep knowledge of the menu and current promotions
- ensure all customer orders are accurate and served promptly
- maintain cleanliness and organization of customer areas
- collaborate with managers, kitchen and staff to provide seamless customer service
- perform additional tasks as assigned
