Job Requirements
- High school diploma, GED certification or equivalent
- Four years experience in banking, public accounting or related position
- Two years casino cage experience
- One year supervisory experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to obtain and maintain the required STGC Gaming License
- Will require a pre-employment and random drug screening

Job Duties
- Maintains control of the Cage and Vault department's budget by managing payroll and operating expenses
- Ensures all Cage and Vault employees receive training on internal controls and operating systems
- Schedules and directs the work of cage and vault staff based on volume indicators and guest service needs
- Ensures compliance with the Cage and Vault department internal controls
- Communicates effectively with staff through regular stand-ups
- Oversees and monitors cash transfers into vaults
- Reconciles daily cash counts and associated paperwork
- Ensures Cage and Vault associates provide accurate, friendly, timely, and courteous customer service
- Provides reports to the General Manager of Gaming Operations and other department managers
- Oversees preparation and maintenance of W2-G reporting system
- Coordinates with Sandia Tribal Gaming Commission, Revenue Audit, and external auditors
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- Provides direct management and supervision to all team members
- Advises operations and sets results-oriented goals
- Guides the team for efficient operation
- Delegates responsibilities based on team members' strengths and weaknesses
- Creates an environment of teamwork with clear communication and support
- Collaborates and communicates professionally
- Demonstrates strong knowledge of all reporting departments and operational areas
- Uses analytical and critical thinking to identify problems and implement solutions
