Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in cashier, casino credit, or bank operations
- Familiarity with Massachusetts Gaming regulations and Title 31
- Strong cash handling and auditing skills
- Ability to supervise and discipline staff
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts in a casino environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of relevant experience in cashier, casino credit, or main bank operations
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Knowledge of gaming regulations and compliance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in report generation and financial documentation
Job Duties
- Supervise and participate in Cage and Credit activities ensuring count integrity and gaming compliance
- Verify all transactions over $2,500 to ensure accuracy
- Generate reports for the end of each shift and the completion of 24-hour periods
- Turn in reports and paperwork to Accounting in a timely manner
- Perform disciplinary functions for shift personnel
- Maintain attendance records and vacations
- Assist Hosts and Upper Management with high profile player payouts
- Constantly monitor Cage areas to ensure compliance with MLGCA regulations
- Resolve guest, employee, and transaction problems and keep Management informed
- Train Cage staff and provide performance coaching and feedback
- Assist with hiring, firing, and disciplinary actions
- Prepare daily summaries and bank deposits
- Maintain accuracy of all transactions
