Job Duties

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Cage Cashiers including scheduling break coverage and workflow management
  • Ensure accurate processing of all cage transactions including cash handling chip exchanges marker transactions jackpots and player account transactions
  • Enforce internal controls policies procedures and all applicable gaming regulations
  • Resolve guest inquiries concerns and disputes in a professional and courteous manner
  • Provide coaching training and performance feedback to Cage team members
  • Partner with Security Surveillance Compliance and other casino departments to maintain operational integrity
  • Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor to promote service excellence and adherence to procedures
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
