Job Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of Cage Cashiers including scheduling break coverage and workflow management
- Ensure accurate processing of all cage transactions including cash handling chip exchanges marker transactions jackpots and player account transactions
- Enforce internal controls policies procedures and all applicable gaming regulations
- Resolve guest inquiries concerns and disputes in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide coaching training and performance feedback to Cage team members
- Partner with Security Surveillance Compliance and other casino departments to maintain operational integrity
- Maintain a visible presence on the casino floor to promote service excellence and adherence to procedures
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
