Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 2 years of experience in casino cage operations or related financial roles
Strong leadership and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Availability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in casino cage operations or financial management
Strong leadership and team development skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of regulatory requirements in gaming
Proficiency in cash management systems

Job Duties

Manage all financial transactions and assets accurately during shifts
Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies
Collaborate with Cage Operations Manager and Shift Managers
Oversee cash flow and reconcile transactions
Develop and mentor cage staff to promote high performance
Maintain robust control environment to safeguard company funds
Coordinate with other departments for smooth cage operations
