Job Requirements
- Genuine, charming, vibrant and team-oriented individual
- Minimum of one year front of house entertainment experience or equivalent through school, work or sports
- Pride in customer service skills and ability to make people feel at home
- Capability to keep upbeat during busy shifts

Job Duties
- Genuinely connect and communicate with every guest in your section and every guest that you interact with even if they aren’t in your section
- Effectively finesse the menu and communicate your vast knowledge and expertise about retro gaming, food, and bar menus with ease
- Go the extra step to welcome guests and accommodate requests and suggestions
- Continuously ensure that every guest leaves satisfied and happy with their experience
- Involve a manager immediately to positively resolve any concern or conflict
- Actively sell, manage and maintain all retro gaming on offer
- Proactively assist servers with table maintenance, running food, side duties, etc.
- Ensure that all guests receive a consistent and positive experience
- Be knowledgeable regarding allergy policies and procedures
- Take the time to effectively learn and memorize new menu items and procedures
- Uphold an upbeat attitude and be ready to greet the next guest when they walk in
- Work each shift with a safety mindset and be proactive about front and back of house safety
