Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred
- at least 2 years of high-volume cash handling experience
- prior gaming industry experience preferred
- excellent communication and guest service skills
- professional demeanor and presence
- ability to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming License
- flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays

- 2 years of high-volume cash handling experience preferred
- excellent teamwork, interpersonal, guest service, written and verbal communication skills
- professional demeanor and presence with the ability to interact with guests and team members
- ability to obtain and maintain a Louisiana Gaming License
Job Duties
- Attend and participate in company and departmental meetings
- build guest relations by engaging with guests, making them feel welcome and comfortable, and inviting them back
- redeem and sell chips
- process Tito tickets by validating and redeeming value
- validate and settle slot machine jackpots and cancel credit payouts
- issue table chip fills and table credits
- efficiently make exchanges of funds for team members
- promptly cash guests out, give correct change, and answer guest questions courteously and professionally
- appropriately use all related equipment and cash handling systems
- keep cash drawer balanced and compliant
- count and verify team member tips/tokes
- sort and stack chips appropriately
- review operational data and complete and verify paperwork
- verify and document personal identification information for transactions
- maintain monetary and paperwork accuracy and efficiency within department/property standards and internal controls
- troubleshoot problems and develop workable solutions
- track and complete all government reporting
- have knowledge of guest alcohol limitations and company policies
- maintain a clean and orderly work area
- adhere to regulatory, departmental, and company policies ethically and empower others to do the same
- handle routine guest complaints and incidents with discretion and seek supervision when required
- work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- perform other duties as assigned
