Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience handling cash and financial transactions
- strong numerical skills
- ability to follow company policies and procedures
- knowledge of gaming industry regulations a plus
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- must be able to perform tasks requiring physical stamina and dexterity
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous cash handling experience preferred
- knowledge of Title 31 compliance requirements
- strong customer service skills
- ability to operate relevant equipment including currency counters and calculators
- attention to detail and accuracy
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Log Title 31 compliance transactions accurately
- safeguard company assets including chips and cash
- provide excellent guest service to internal and external guests
- handle guest exchanges for chips and cash equivalents
- cooperate with team members and other departments
- balance funds and assets at the close of business
- operate equipment such as jet scanners and coin sorting machines
- conduct and properly log e-check, cash advance, and chip transactions
- perform enrollment for cashless gaming and slot credit
- follow double verification guidelines and notify surveillance when applicable
