Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
- Ability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods
- Ability to secure and maintain Nebraska Gaming License
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Safeguard company assets and follow all internal control standards
- Accurately balance assigned bank at the beginning and end of each shift
- Process guest transactions including cashing chips, gaming tokens, and Ticket-In Ticket-Out vouchers
- Redeem slot machine payout tickets and vouchers for cash or cash equivalents
- Cash personal and travelers checks
- Perform debit card and EFTPOS cash advances
- Conduct rolling chip exchanges
- Issue and replace player club cards, assist guests with club issues, and provide player rewards information
- Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets and transaction records
- Assist Cage Supervisor in maintaining accurate shift records
- Maintain confidentiality of all internal activities and sensitive information
- Provide professional, courteous customer service in all guest interactions
- Perform other duties as assigned
