Job Requirements

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to perform prolonged standing and walking
  • Ability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in gaming or banking operations preferred

Job Duties

  • Safeguard company assets and follow all internal control standards
  • Accurately balance assigned bank at the beginning and end of each shift
  • Process guest transactions including cashing chips, gaming tokens, and TITO vouchers
  • Redeem slot machine payout tickets and vouchers for cash or cash equivalents
  • Cash personal and travelers checks
  • Perform debit card and EFTPOS cash advances
  • Conduct rolling chip exchanges
  • Issue and replace player club cards, assist guests with club issues, and provide player rewards information
  • Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets and transaction records
  • Assist Cage Supervisor in maintaining accurate shift records
  • Maintain confidentiality of all internal activities and sensitive information
  • Provide professional, courteous customer service in all guest interactions
  • Perform other duties as assigned
