Job Requirements

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail
Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to secure and maintain NE Gaming License
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to perform prolonged standing and walking
Ability to work varying schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age or older
High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience

Excellent customer service skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Previous experience in gaming or banking operations preferred

Job Duties

Safeguard company assets and follow all internal control standards
Accurately balance assigned bank at the beginning and end of each shift
Process guest transactions including cashing chips, gaming tokens, and TITO vouchers
Redeem slot machine payout tickets and vouchers for cash or cash equivalents
Cash personal and travelers checks
Perform debit card and EFTPOS cash advances
Conduct rolling chip exchanges
Issue and replace player club cards, assist guests with club issues, and provide player rewards information
Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets and transaction records
Assist Cage Supervisor in maintaining accurate shift records
Maintain confidentiality of all internal activities and sensitive information
Provide professional, courteous customer service in all guest interactions
Perform other duties as assigned
