Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- Must be able to be licensed by the Illinois Gaming Board
- Prior cashiering experience preferred
- Ability to perform data entry and basic math
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- High integrity and confidentiality
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle high volume guest interactions
- Ability to work well under pressure
Job Qualifications
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Working knowledge of computers, i.e. data entry
- Intermediate math skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, management and other departments
- High level of confidentiality and integrity
- Ability to work well with others and handle stressful situations

- Ability to work in a high volume, energetic atmosphere
- Ability to provide impromptu training

Job Duties
- Understand and adhere to Grand Victoria Casino and Cage & Credit Operations standards, policies and procedures
- Obtain a strong understanding of the Internal Control Systems (ICS) and Minimum Internal Control Standards (MICS)
- Ability to comply with and practice the Grand Victoria Casino’s Family Style Service Standards
- Acquire and maintain strong knowledge of the Federal Cash Reporting Requirements required under Title 31
- Transact exchanges
- Process Table Fills and Table Credits to Table Games
- Process Jackpots and Hopper Fills to Electronic Gaming Devices
- Verify Cash turn-ins from operating departments
- Verify various types of Cash pay-outs
- Verify cashier’s banks
- Prepare daily bank deposits on revenue, as needed
- Perform all tasks that may be assigned in the future
