Job Duties

  • Provides guest service by greeting external guests in a friendly and courteous manner
  • provides change
  • scans and redeems slot machine tickets in the denominations requested by the guest
  • furnishes guests with game and promotional information, instruction and assistance
  • performs cash, chip, coin, voucher, promotional, coupon, and check cashing and cash advance transactions
  • Maintains bank supply and integrity by inspecting monies, identifying coins, bills, and chips for counterfeits
  • contacts Security and Gaming Commission when counterfeits are found
  • balances window inventory
  • prepares drops and buys
  • prepares machine ticket redemption, coupons, check cashing/cash advance and balancing reports
  • Provides administrative support by paying slot jackpots
  • records transactions mandated by Title 31 in logbook and computer
  • performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor
