Job Duties
- Provides guest service by greeting external guests in a friendly and courteous manner
- provides change
- scans and redeems slot machine tickets in the denominations requested by the guest
- furnishes guests with game and promotional information, instruction and assistance
- performs cash, chip, coin, voucher, promotional, coupon, and check cashing and cash advance transactions
- Maintains bank supply and integrity by inspecting monies, identifying coins, bills, and chips for counterfeits
- contacts Security and Gaming Commission when counterfeits are found
- balances window inventory
- prepares drops and buys
- prepares machine ticket redemption, coupons, check cashing/cash advance and balancing reports
- Provides administrative support by paying slot jackpots
- records transactions mandated by Title 31 in logbook and computer
- performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor
