Job Duties
- assist guests with cash-outs check cashing and credit card cash advances
- conduct cash coin and ticket transactions accurately
- prepare applicable paperwork and comply with cash reporting requirements
- assist guests in completing check cashing applications
- communicate instructions clearly to explain enrollment processes and use of credit card and check cashing equipment
- satisfy all ID verification requirements
- follow self-exclusion procedures and record all transactions with accuracy
- complete all related documentation in accordance with internal policies and state and federal laws
