Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED preferred
- minimum of 1 year cash handling experience in a high volume environment
- ability to handle high volume and stress situations
- basic math skills with knowledge of currency
- excellent guest service communication skills
- ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
- frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend, and stoop
- able to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties
- deliver prompt, friendly and courteous service to guests
- inform guests about casino services, promotions and events
- process gaming chip and ticket exchanges, cash checks, and handle markers and fills
- maintain accurate bank balance throughout shifts
- safeguard casino cage assets
- perform other reasonable duties to support casino operations
- handle guest and company funds in accordance with gaming regulations and company policies
