Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or GED preferred
  • minimum of 1 year cash handling experience in a high volume environment
  • ability to handle high volume and stress situations
  • basic math skills with knowledge of currency
  • excellent guest service communication skills
  • ability to obtain and maintain necessary licenses and or certifications as required by local gaming regulations
  • frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend, and stoop
  • able to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs

Job Duties

  • deliver prompt, friendly and courteous service to guests
  • inform guests about casino services, promotions and events
  • process gaming chip and ticket exchanges, cash checks, and handle markers and fills
  • maintain accurate bank balance throughout shifts
  • safeguard casino cage assets
  • perform other reasonable duties to support casino operations
  • handle guest and company funds in accordance with gaming regulations and company policies
