Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- High school diploma, GED, or relevant experience
- Previous gaming or banking experience preferred
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Gaming license required

Job Duties
- Safeguard assets
- Accurately balance assigned bank
- Cash chips and gaming tokens into money for guests in a courteous, timely manner
- Cash personal checks and travelers checks for currency
- Redeem foreign currency computing accurate exchange rates
- Process marker buy-back transactions providing quality service to guests
- Follow proper procedures for sale and payout of tickets
- Cash-in/Cash-Out gaming chips
- Redeem Slot Machine payout tickets, TITO, vouchers for cash or cash equivalent
- Perform patron account transactions such as safe keeping, front money deposits and withdrawals
- Cash cheques, issue and redeem cheque/markers, perform consolidations
- Perform credit card and EFTPOS cash advances
- Execute Rolling Chip Exchanges
- Balance float at shift completion to impress amount
- Prepare Table Fills, receive Table Credits
- Handle chip transfers between front windows, Chip banks and Main Banks
- Balance inventory of Chip Bank to the casino computer system accounting for all chip movements
- Maintain accurate and legible balance sheets
- Perform all vault functions including managing and maintaining custody of coin, currency, checks and cage transaction records
- Assist Cage Shift Manager in maintaining accurate records
- Maintain strict confidentiality of internal activities
- Assist other Cashiers as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned
