- extensive experience in cash handling, auditing, and balancing large-volume cash transactions

Job Duties
- Oversees the Cage Operations team by ensuring efficient staffing, facilitating team member development and training, managing performance, and enforcing policies
- monitors all operational areas for efficiency and effectiveness
- escalates significant issues to the Director of Cage Operations, Cage/Credit Manager, Shift Manager, or CFO, including staffing concerns, team member relations challenges, procedural and regulatory violations, and operational or guest relations issues
- delivers and upholds exceptional customer service by remaining attentive and responsive to guest needs
