Job Requirements

- Basic knowledge of health and safety rules

Job Duties
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment daily
- Maintain dish room and kitchen cleanliness and organization
- Operate dish machines following company and manufacturer specifications
- Restock supplies needed by cooks and kitchen staff
- Remove garbage and maintain proper waste disposal
- Break down, clean, and sanitize dish machines at the end of shifts
- Prepare equipment and maintain kitchen sanitation including floors, workstations, and walls
