Job Duties
- clean and sanitize all dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and cooking equipment daily
- maintain kitchen prep and production areas in a clean, neat, and orderly manner
- operate dish machines according to company and manufacturer specifications using proper detergent and sanitizer measurements
- remove garbage and maintain overall cleanliness of kitchen floors, equipment, workstations, and walls
- restock supplies needed by cooks throughout the day
- break down, clean, and sanitize the dish machine at the end of each shift
- prepare equipment and obtain supplies needed for kitchen operations
