Job Requirements
- 1.5 years of corporate kitchen line cook experience required
- ability to be exposed to cold, heat and water
- able to lift up to 50 pounds
- have an approved food handler’s card and non-slip shoes prior to first day of work
- understanding and ability to follow safety, sanitation and food handling procedures
- ability to comprehend, read, and communicate in English
- 1-4 years of experience in customer service or high volume food service
- basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills

Job Duties
- Set up food station according to Caffè guidelines
- prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications
- restock items as needed throughout shift
- maintain a clean and sanitary workstation
- assist with cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen and storage areas
- perform additional responsibilities as requested by management
